To schedule a biometric screening with eHS, please follow these steps:

Click on My Health from your home screen in your Sonic Boom Wellness account.

Scroll down and click Enroll in biometrics. You'll be redirected to your eHS account.

Accept the terms and conditions.

Confirm the information they have on file to ensure they have a valid email, phone number, and address.

Choose your screening method:

Physician Results Form: schedule a visit with your primary care doctor and bring this form with you

Offsite Lab Screening: schedule a visit at a LabCorp location near you

Home Test Screening: complete a screening yourself and mail it back to eHS

Note: In order for Sonic Boom Wellness to receive your biometric screening record, the appointment MUST be made following the steps above. Unfortunately, we cannot record screening activity that's requested through eHS directly, dropping in at a LabCorp location, or visiting their website directly.
