How do I reschedule/cancel appointment with Quest Diagnostics?

We're sorry to hear you need to change or cancel your Quest Diagnostics appointment, but don't worry, it's a breeze! Follow these steps and you'll be back on track in no time:

  1. Login to your Sonic Boom account.
  2. From the main dash, click on the My Health tab.
  3. Click on the sign-up today! button.
  4. This will redirect you to your Quest account.
  5. Select the Your Screening tab to go to the Screening Home Page.
  6. Click View/Cancel to go to the Order Confirmation Page.
  7. Select the green Cancel this appointment link; confirm your cancellation by selecting the green Cancel Appointment button.
  8. From the Quest homepage, select Get Started to go to the Screening Home Page.
  9. This will allow you to select a different appointment at either an onsite or Patient Service Center.
