We're sorry to hear you need to change or cancel your Quest Diagnostics appointment, but don't worry, it's a breeze! Follow these steps and you'll be back on track in no time:
- Login to your Sonic Boom account.
- From the main dash, click on the My Health tab.
- Click on the sign-up today! button.
- This will redirect you to your Quest account.
- Select the Your Screening tab to go to the Screening Home Page.
- Click View/Cancel to go to the Order Confirmation Page.
- Select the green Cancel this appointment link; confirm your cancellation by selecting the green Cancel Appointment button.
- From the Quest homepage, select Get Started to go to the Screening Home Page.
- This will allow you to select a different appointment at either an onsite or Patient Service Center.
