Our vendor fulfills eGift card orders within minutes, but it can take up to 4-6 business days of the order being placed. eGift cards are sent to your primary email address in your Sonic Boom account, and they come from notification@rewardsadministrator.com.
If you recently placed an order for an eGift card and it's been longer than 4-6 business days, check your junk/spam folder (often the notification@rewardsadministrator.com ends up there).
If you can't find it there, contact Marketplace Customer Support to help facilitate delivery.
