Help! Why can't I register my account?

Good question! We apologize for any confusion.

We have what is called a "closed registration process." What does this mean? This means that users can't create their Sonic Boom Wellness account on their own. We're a "business-to-business" wellbeing solution, which means we work directly with organizations to provide our services. Unlike other solutions that are direct-to-consumer, you need to be a verified employee of your organization to engage with Sonic Boom.

Eligible accounts are created and identified when we receive program eligibility information from your employer. That said, there are a few things that may be causing the registration issue:

  1. New hire: Are you a new employee? It's possible we haven't received your eligibility information from your employer yet. This is common because many employers have 30-, 60-, or 90-day wait period before employees are benefits eligible. Check with your HR/Benefits Department to see if you're eligible for Sonic Boom Wellness.

  2. UIDs not matching: When you activate your account, you'll be asked for two types of information: employee number, date of birth and/or email address. If what you enter doesn't match with the information your employee sent on the eligible file, you won't be able to complete registration. Check with your HR/Benefits Department to confirm that all credentials match up.

Here is a quick video to help you navigate how to register your account:
