Rescheduling/canceling Quest screening appointment

To change or cancel your screening appointment with Quest, please follow these steps.

  • Login to your Sonic Boom account
  • From the main dash, click on the “My Health” tab
  • Click on the “sign-up today!” button
    • This will re-direct you to your Quest account
  • Select the “Your Screening” tab to go to the “Screening Home Page”
  • Click “View/Cancel” to go to the “Order Confirmation Page”
  • Select the green “Cancel this appointment” link; confirm your cancellation by selecting the green “Cancel Appointment” button.
  • From the Quest homepage, select “Get Started” to go to the “Screening Home Page”
    • This will allow you to select a different appointment at either an onsite or Patient Service Center.
