Health Connect is Google's health and fitness platform for Android devices. It allows health and wellness apps to securely share activity and health data in one central location.
Many popular fitness apps and devices can sync data to Health Connect, making it easier to view and manage your activity data in one place.
To share your activity with Sonic Boom Wellness, connect Health Connect through the Sonic Boom Wellness app and allow the requested data permissions.
Note: Health Connect does not track activity on its own. Instead, it stores and shares data from connected apps and devices, such as fitness trackers, smartwatches, and workout apps.
