What areas can I focus in on with my coach?

Sonic Boom coaches touch upon many topics and areas of focus with members. Their goal is to support all members through their wellbeing journey in a way that's most supportive to them.


After selecting your coach, you will be prompted to complete an intake survey, which helps identify the core goal you want to focus on within coaching. Available tracks include:

  1. Weight management

  2. Nutrition

  3. Stress management

  4. Tobacco cessation

  5. Exercise


Note: Coaches often discuss factors that fall outside of these topics, as Sonic Boom believes wellbeing is about how all areas of health work together and influence one another.
