How do I reset my username/password?

If you have forgotten your Sonic Boom login credentials, never fear! You can easily request to update your username and/or password by clicking on the Forgot Login button on the login page: app.sbwell.com. 

Note: This tool will only work if there's a valid email address listed in your Sonic Boom account. Unsure if you have an email listed? Contact your program administrator to make sure the proper email is reflected in their records. If you're a new hire, there may be a wait period for uploading new information to the Sonic Boom team.
