Why is my striding activity missing?

First, we apologize for the delay here. We use HumanAPI to intake Garmin and we also use FitbitAPI to intake Fitbit data. While the connection is normally stable and efficient, using a third-party vendor can often come with inevitable delays.

 

If only part of your data is making its way to your Sonic Boom account, or if you notice a full day's worth of data is missing, please contact Member Success for further assistance. As long as you're frequently offloading data, we should be able to recover any missing information.
