eHealth screenings - scheduling an appointment

To schedule a biometric screening with eHealth screenings, please follow these steps:

• When viewing the home dashboard of your Sonic Boom account, find & click on "My Health"
• Scroll down and select the "Enroll in biometrics" button
• You'll be redirected to your personal eHealth account
• Accept their terms & conditions
• Confirm the information they have on file for you - ensure there's a valid email, phone number and address
• Under "Step 1" click on the blue "select" button to get started
• Choose your screening method:
  • Physician Results Form - schedule a visit with your primary care doctor & bring this form with you
  • Offsite Lab Screening - schedule a visit at a LabCorp location near you
  • Home Test Screening - complete a screening yourself & mail back to eHealth

Note -- for Sonic Boom Wellness to receive your biometric screening record, the appointment MUST be made within your personal eHealth account (via the steps above).  Should you call eHealth directly or create an account through their website directly, or walk into a LabCorp Facility near you, we will not be able to receive your screening record.
