When added to your list of trackers, configure a weight goal by a specified target date. Use the "log progress" button to track your weight each day. When you do so, you'll earn a point per day. Need to edit a weight entry in the past? You can retroactively edit weight entries up to 7 days in the past. Simply click the date at the bottom of the graph, select "log progress" and then edit the weight entry for that day.
