To change or cancel your screening appointment with Quest, please follow these steps.
- Login to your Sonic Boom account
- From the main dash, click on the “My Health” tab
- Click on the “sign-up today!” button
- This will re-direct you to your Quest account
- Select the “Your Screening” tab to go to the “Screening Home Page”
- Click “View/Cancel” to go to the “Order Confirmation Page”
- Select the green “Cancel this appointment” link; confirm your cancellation by selecting the green “Cancel Appointment” button.
- From the Quest homepage, select “Get Started” to go to the “Screening Home Page”
- This will allow you to select a different appointment at either an onsite or Patient Service Center.
