How do I graduate from the Coach’s Corner program?

You and your coach will discuss establishing smaller goals that you can track on the portal.  They’ll be able to see your progress and be there for additional support.  This program will be a mixture of telephonic calls and digital outreach to help you achieve your main goal.  There is no magic number of calls you have to accomplish to graduate.
