How do I activate my account?

Follow these steps to activate your Sonic Boom Wellness account:

  • Visit
  • Locate and select the “New to Sonic Boom? Click here to create a new account" link
  • Type your employer's name in the space provided
    • Select the magnifying glass
    • Click "Continue"
  • Verify the unique identifiers (either: date of birth, last 4 SSN, email address or employee number)
  • Follow the prompts to create a username and password


What about "Company Credentials"?  

This login option is only available for clients (employers) who use their internal work credentials to access our services.  This login option, is also referred to as SSO -- single sign on.  Not sure if your employer uses this option?  Contact the Member Success Team at: 760-438-1600 to find out!
