When added to your list of trackers, the Hydration tracker will help track your water intake so that you can reach your daily consumption goal. Rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces per day. Though you can customize your hydration goal.
To log activity in this tracker, use the + oz button to increase the amount of ounces you've had. Continue to increase your hydration intake until your goal for the day is reached. Each day that you reach your hydration goal you'll receive a point.
Tip - you'll know when your hydration goal is reached when the circle icon in the graph, reaches the hydration goal line. When this happens a pop-up window will also appear, letting you know the goal was reached.
