If you're experiencing this delay, try these steps:
Log out of your Fitbit app, then log back in. Make sure the steps on your device match what you see in the app.
Log into your Sonic Boom Wellness app.
Click on the heart icon in the upper right corner to view updated data.
If your Fitbit data isn't aligning with what's in your Sonic Boom account, please contact Member Success for further assistance. As long as frequent offloads occur to your Fitbit app, we should be able to recover any missing data.
