We use FitbitAPI to intake Fitbit data. Normally the connection we have with this platform is stable. Although, when using a 3rd party platform to intake data, delays in viewing data in Sonic Boom is expected from time-to-time.
You can try these steps to sync your device.
- Log out of your Fitbit phone app and then log back in. Make sure the steps on your watch match what you see on your Fitbit phone app.
- Log into your Sonic Boom Wellness app.
- Click into the "My Health" icon on the upper right corner.
If you feel part of your Fitbit data is only making its way to your Sonic Boom account and/or full days worth of data isn't appearing, please contact Mission Control for further assistance. As long as frequent offloads occur to your Fitbit app, we should be able to recover any missing data.
