Missing Fitbit activity?

We use FitbitAPI to intake Fitbit data. Normally the connection we have with this platform is stable. Although, when using a 3rd party platform to intake data, delays in viewing data in Sonic Boom is expected from time-to-time.  

If you feel part of your Fitbit data is only making its way to your Sonic Boom account and/or full days worth of data isn't appearing, please contact Mission Control for further assistance.  As long as frequent offloads occur to your Fitbit app, we should be able to recover any missing data.
