Missing striding activity in your Sonic Boom Wellness account?

We use HumanAPI to intake Garmin and Misfit data. We also use FitbitAPI to intake Fitbit data.  Normally the connection we have with these platforms are stable. Although, when using a 3rd party platforms to intake data, delays in viewing data in Sonic Boom are expected from time-to-time.  

If you feel part of your data is only making its way to your Sonic Boom account and/or full days worth of data isn't appearing, please contact Mission Control for further assistance.  As long as frequent offloads occur to your device's app, we should be able to recover any missing data.
